Visa requirements
As part of preparations for the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF 2025), which will be held in Algiers from September 4 to 10, 2025, the Algerian Embassy in Dublin informs participants that visa applications must be accompanied by the following documents:
· Completed and signed visa application form
· Passport valid for at least six months
· Photocopy of passport pages containing personal details
· Proof of confirmed registration on the IATF 2025 platform
· Two recent passport-sized photographs
· Payment of applicable visa fees
· Hotel reservation **
· Round-trip flight booking **
If unavailable at the time of submission, applicants must still submit their application and provide these two documents at the time of visa issuance.
· Holders of diplomatic, service, and regional/international organization travel documents are subject to the standard visa application procedures, unless a visa exemption agreement exists.
· Visa processing time shall not exceed one week.
· Individual participants: One-month single-entry tourist visa, valid from August 15 to September 15, covering the event period
· Exhibitors: Three-month multiple-entry business visa
· Bank delegation members requiring multiple trips for meetings: Six-month multiple-entry business visa
Foreign nationals entering Algerian territory must present a valid travel document accompanied by a consular visa to border control authorities.
However, in urgent situations, the Border Police may exceptionally issue a regularization visa to foreign nationals who present themselves at border posts without a visa.
This measure applies only to foreign nationals whose country of residence does not host Algerian diplomatic or consular representations.
· Completed regularization visa application form
· Valid passport (minimum validity of over six months)
· Copy of passport pages with personal information
· Confirmation of registration on the IATF 2025 platform
· Payment of visa fees in accordance with Article 48 of the 2025 Finance Law
· Proof of accommodation in Algeria (e.g., hotel booking)
· Return flight ticket
To be allowed to board a flight bound for an Algerian airport, the participant concerned by the visa on arrival must hold a boarding certificate issued by the competent services of the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs..
