جواز السفر البيومتري

 يجب على كل مواطن يتقدم بطلب الحصول على جواز سفر بيومتري استيفاء الشروط التالية:

– يخضع طلب جواز السفر لأول  مرة   للتسجيل القنصلي المسبق،

– حضورمقدم الطلب، باستثناء الأطفال دون سن 12 عاما، ضروريا  عند تقديم  الطلب  واستلام جواز السفر.

  معلومات عامة:

– صلاحية جواز السفر البيومتري هي 10 سنوات للبالغين و5  سنوات للقصر دون سن 19،

– جواز السفر البيومتري هو وثيقة فردية وعليه يجب أن يحمل القاصرون جواز سفر فردي،

– الحضور الشخصي مطلوب لأخذ الصور وجمع بيانات بصمات الأصابع،

– حضور الأطفال دون سن 12 غير ضروري سواء عند تقديم الطلب أو عند استلام جواز السفر. ويتولى هذه المهمة الولي الشرعي للطفل،

–  توضع على جواز السفر الصور المأخوذة من طرف القسم القنصلي ما عدى الأطفال دون سن 12 سنة، مع ذلك يجب  أن تفي الصور المقدمة بالمعايير المطلوبة،

–    بما أن القسم القنصلي لا يقوم بنسخ الوثائق، يرجى تقديم نسخ من جميع الوثائق الأصلية.

الوٽائق المطلوبة:

– ٳستمارة مملوءة وموقعة من مقدم الطلب أو الولي الشرعي بالنسبة للقصر،

– بطاقة التسجيل القنصلي سارية المفعول،

– شهادة الميلاد الأصلية S12،

– ٳٽبات الإقامة القانونية في إيرلندا (إجازة بالبقاء، تأشيرة طالب، تأشيرة ترخيص بالعمل أو جواز سفر إيرلندي)، بالنسبة للأشخاص الحاملين لجواز أوروبي آخر، يرجى تقديم البطاقة الزرقاء من مصلحة الهجرة،

– نسخة من بطاقة أو شهادة فصيلة الدم،

– أربع  صور خاصة بجوازات السفر بنفس الحجم، يجب أن تكون الصور حديثة، من نفس السحب، مأخوذة من الجهة الأمامية للوجه وعلى خلفية بيضاء، يجب عدم ارتداء النظارات من أي نوع كانت. (يرجى كتابة الاسم واللقب خلف الصورة)،

– ٳٽبات العنوان بإيرلندا ( فاتورة خدمات الكهرباء والغاز أو عقد إيجار)،

– شهادة العمل أو شهادة مدرسية للطلاب أوالأطفال المتمدرسين،

– دفع  الرسوم القانونية، )في الوقت الحالي نقبل فقط الدفع النقدي فقط( .

الــــــــــــرسوم للبالغين:

– جواز سفر عادي من 28 صفحة: 60 يورو.     

– جواز سفر عادي من 48 صفحة: 90 يورو.

  للقصر و الطلبة:

– جواز سفر عادي من 28 صفحة: 30 يورو.

– جواز سفر عادي من 48 صفحة: 45 يورو.

   ضياع سرقة أو إتلاف جواز السفر

– يجب على مقدم الطلب ٳبلاغ  مركز الشرطة المحلي و القسم القنصلي بالسفارة فورا 

يتم إستصدار جواز السفر البديل بعد إلغاء جواز السفر الضائع أو التالف أو المسروق قد تستغرق هذه العملية عدة أشهر.

 بالإضافة إلى وثائق الملف القانوني يرجى تقديم:

– شهادة ضياع صادرة عن مركز الشرطة المحلي، 

– رسالة توضيحية تبين بالتفصيل كيف أتلف جواز السفر.
– دفع رسوم إضافية كغرامة،

ضريبة إضافية على ضياع أو تلف جواز السفر:

 للبالغين: 100 أورو

للقصر والطلبة: 50 أورو

 ملاحظات:

– يبلغ القسم القنصلي مقدم الطلب بموعد الشروع في التسجيل البيومتري.

– بمجرد جاهزية الجواز، يحدد القسم القنصلي موعد لاستلامه.  

  تجدر الإشارة إلى أنه وفقا للمادة 10 من القانون رقم 14- 03 من 24 ربيع إيثاني 1435 الموافق 24 فبراير  2014  المتعلق بالسندات ووثائق السفر  يتم إتلاف كل جواز سفر تم إعداده ولم يسحب من قبل صاحبه في أجل ستة (6) أشهر من تاريخ الإشعار بالسحب

– تجديد جواز السفر البيومتري:

–  يمكن طلب تجديد جواز السفر في الحالات الآتية: 

– خلال الأشهر الستة (6) السابقة لانقضاء مدة صلاحيته،

–   في حالة التأكد من استحالة وضع تأشيرات جديدة على الأوراق اﻟﻤﺨصصة لهذا الغرض،

  الوثائق المطلوبة:

–   استمارة مملوءة وموقعة من مقدم الطلب أو الولي الشرعي بالنسبة للقصر،

–  بطاقة التسجيل القنصلي سارية المفعول،

–   شهادة الميلاد الأصلية 12S،

–   ٳٽبات الإقامة القانونية بإيرلندا (إجازة بالبقاء، تأشيرة طالب، تأشيرة ترخيص بالعمل أو جواز سفر إيرلندي)، بالنسبة للأشخاص الحاملين لجواز أوروبي آخر، يرجى تقديم البطاقة الزرقاء من مصلحة الهجرة،

  BIOMETRIC PASSPORT:

Every citizen applying for a biometric passport must fulfil the following conditions:

– Applying for a passport for the first time is subject to prior consular registration,

– The applicant, except children under 12 years, must be present when submitting the application and collecting the passport.

General Information:

– The validity of the biometric passport is 10 years for adults and 5 years for minors under 19,

– The biometric passport is an individual document. As a result, minors must hold an individual passport,

– Personal attendance is required for photograph taking and fingerprint data collection,

– The presence of children
under 12 years is not required either when submitting the application or when
collecting the passport. These two operations can now be performed by the
child’s legal guardian,

– The photos taken at the consular section is the one that will be put on the biometric passport except for children under 12 years. However, the photos provided must meet the required standards,

 –As the consular section don’t make copies, please provide copies of all original documents

 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

– The application form  duly filled and signed by the applicant or by the legal guardian for minors,

– The valid consular registration card,

– The original applicant’s special extract of birth certificate ’12s’,

– Proof of legal residence in Ireland such as: (leave to remain, student visa, work permit visa, Irish passport). For those holding other European passport, please provide the blue card from the home office,

– A copy of the blood type card or certificate,

1-Four (04) standard passport-size photos. Photos must be recent, frontal-view, of the same batch, taken on white background, no glasses of any kind, (please write the name and surname at the back),

– A copy of a proof of address (any utility bill),

– The work certificate or certificate of enrolment for students or school children,

– Payment of the passport fees, (for the time being we accept Cash only):

FOR ADULTS:

28-page ordinary passport: 60€

48-page ordinary passport: 90€

FOR Minors and Students:

228-page ordinary passport: 30€

48-page ordinary passport: 45€

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PASSPORT: 

If a passport is lost, damaged, or stolen, the applicant must report it immediately at his/her local police station and to the consular section of the embassy, where he/she can apply for a new passport.

The replacement passport is issued after the cancellation of the lost, damaged, or stolen one. This process can take several months.

In addition to the documents listed above, please provide:

– Lost property form issued by local police station,

– If the passport is lost or stolen, a declaration of loss or theft must be included in the application,

– Payment of an additional fee as a penalty,

– Letter explaining in detail how the passport has been damaged.

NOTES:

– The consular section will inform the applicant of the date of his/her/their appointment to proceed to the biometric enrolment,

– Once the passport is ready, the consular section makes an appointment to pick it up,

– It should be noted that in accordance with art. 10 of the law n° 14-03 of 24 Rabie Ethani 1435 corresponding to 24 February 2014 relating to permits and travel documents: ″Any passport drawn up and not withdrawn by its holder is destroyed six (06) months after the date of the notice of withdrawal.

RENEWAL OF THE BIOMETRIC PASSPORT:

The application for renewal of the passport was possible in the following cases: 

– During the six months preceding its expiration,

– If it is confirmed that it is impossible to place new visas on the papers for this purpose,

– When declaring the passport missing for the reasons described above.

Documents required:

– The application form duly filled and signed by the applicant or by the legal guardian for minors,

– The original of the Algerian expired biometric passport,

– The valid consular registration card,

– The original applicant’s special extract of birth certificate ’12s’,

– Proof of legal residence in Ireland (leave to remain, student visa, work permit visa, Irish passport). For those holding other European passport, please provide the blue card from the home office,

– Four (04) photos comply with required standards (please write the name and surname at the back),

– The work certificate or certificate of enrolment for students or school children,

– A copy of a proof of address (any utility bill),

– Payment of the passport fees: (30 €), for Students and Children under 19 and (60 €) for others, (we accept only cash for the time being).90ي90

جواز السفر الٳستعجالي

 الشروط:

 يتم إستصدار جواز السفر الٳستعجالي استٽنائيا لفائدة المواطنين الجزائريين الذين تم قبول طلب تسوية وضعية إقامتهم من طرف سلطات الأيرلندية، والذين هم بحاجة لجواز سفر ساري المفعول لإتمام إجراءات التسوية.

 الوݑائق المطلوبة:

 ·          إستمارة مملوءة وموقعة من طرف المعني أو من طرف الولي الشرعي بالنسبة للقصر،

 ·         بطاقة التعريف الوطنية أو بطاقة الخدمة الوطنية،

 ·         شهادة ميلاد أصلية ٳما S12  أو E.C 12 ،

 ·         شهادة ميلاد الأب الأصلية أو شهادة الوفاة،

 ·    4 صور حديٽة،

 ·    وٽيقة ٳٽبات العنوان بٳيرلندا (أي فاتورة خدمات أو عقد ٳيجار……..الخ)،

 ·   رسالة من مصلحة الهجرة أو من محامي تثبت البث في إجراءت التسوية ،

 ·    شهادة مدرسية للطلاب أو التلاميذ المتمدرسين،

     ·  دفع رسوم جواز السفر:  بالنسبة للطلبة و القصر (أقل من 19 سنة) 30 أورو و بالنسبة للمواطنين الاخرين 60 أورو. 

مد ة صلاحية الجواز الاستعجالي 

حُددت مدة صلاحية الجواز الإستعجالي بسنة واحدة، تسري من تاريخ ٳصداره ،

لا يمكن تمديد هذه المدة أو تجديد الجواز.

  ٳعادة الجواز الٳستعجالي:

يجب إعادة الجواز الإستعجالي عند إستصدار الجواز البيومتري.

EMERGENCY PASSPORT

Conditions:

The Emergency Passport is exceptionally issued and delivered to the Algerian citizens whose application for immigration status regularization has been accepted by the Irish authorities and who need a valid passport to complete their regularization procedure.

Documents Required:

·         Application form duly filled and signed by the applicant or by the legal guardian for minors,

·         National identity Card or Military card,

·         Original birth certificate of the applicant: 12S or E.C 12,

·         Original birth certificate of the father or death certificate,

·         4 recent ID photographs,

·         Copy of a proof of address in Ireland (any utility bill, lease contract ………etc.),

·         Letter from the Immigration Department or a solicitor, stating that the process of regularisation is in progress,

·         Certificate of enrolment for students or school children,

·       Payment of the passport fees: For students and minors (under 19) 30€ and for others 60 €.

Validity Period:

The validity period of the emergency passport is one year running from its issuing date, this period cannot be extended or renewed.

Return of Emergency Passport:

The emergency passport must be returned when a new biometric  passport is issued.
